2. Our Services
SynStar AI provides an online AI API gateway and developer platform. Our services allow users to create API keys, add prepaid credits, and access supported AI model APIs through a unified API service.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
- Text generation
- Chat completions
- Image generation
- Audio transcription
- Video generation
- Embeddings
- Reranking
- Multimodal AI capabilities
- Other supported AI model API services
The availability of specific models, providers, endpoints, features, pricing, and response quality may change from time to time.
3. Account Registration
To use certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and using our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and any activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you believe your account, password, or API key has been compromised.
We may refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe that information provided is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or associated with prohibited activity.
4. API Keys and Security
You may generate API keys through our platform. API keys are used to authenticate requests and access our services.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. You must not:
- Share API keys publicly
- Expose API keys in frontend code
- Commit API keys to public repositories
- Sell, transfer, or sublicense API keys without permission
- Use API keys for unauthorized or illegal purposes
You are responsible for all API usage made with your API keys, whether authorized by you or not, unless the unauthorized use was caused directly by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We may disable, rotate, limit, or revoke API keys if we detect security risks, abnormal usage, suspected abuse, or violations of these Terms.
5. Payments and Prepaid Credits
SynStar AI uses a prepaid credit system. You may add credits to your account and use those credits to access supported API services.
Payments may be processed by Airwallex or other payment service providers we may use from time to time. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable terms and policies of the payment provider.
You agree that:
- Credits are consumed based on actual API usage.
- Different models, endpoints, or providers may have different pricing.
- Usage records displayed in your dashboard will be used to calculate credit consumption.
- You are responsible for monitoring your usage and remaining balance.
- We may update pricing, model availability, and billing rules from time to time.
- Taxes, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank charges, or other charges may apply depending on your payment method, country, currency, or payment provider.
We may refuse or review payments that appear suspicious, fraudulent, high-risk, or inconsistent with our compliance requirements.
6. Refund Policy
Because our services are digital API services and credits may be consumed immediately after purchase, used credits are non-refundable.
Refunds for unused prepaid credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, subject to applicable laws, payment provider rules, anti-fraud checks, and account status.
We may decline refund requests where:
- Credits have already been used
- The account has violated these Terms
- The payment is associated with fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or suspicious activity
- The request is inconsistent with payment provider rules
- The refund is not permitted by applicable law or compliance requirements
Payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or third-party charges may not be refundable.
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us at contact@kkiai.com.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or payment claim without first contacting us, we may suspend or restrict your account while the matter is under review.
We reserve the right to deduct disputed amounts, payment provider fees, chargeback fees, or related costs from your account balance where permitted by law.
Repeated chargebacks, fraudulent payment behavior, or payment abuse may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Model Availability and Pricing
We provide access to supported AI models through our platform, but we do not guarantee that any specific model, provider, endpoint, feature, price, speed, or output quality will always remain available.
Models, providers, endpoints, prices, rate limits, and technical specifications may change without prior notice.
We may add, remove, replace, limit, or modify access to models or endpoints for technical, commercial, legal, compliance, security, or provider-related reasons.
9. Third-Party Model Providers
Some API requests may be routed to third-party AI model providers, infrastructure providers, or service providers.
You understand and agree that:
- Third-party providers may process your API inputs and outputs.
- Third-party model behavior, availability, latency, and output quality may vary.
- We are not responsible for third-party provider outages, errors, policy changes, or model behavior.
- Your use of certain models or features may be subject to additional provider terms or restrictions.
We may change routing, providers, or infrastructure from time to time to improve service performance, availability, or cost efficiency.
10. User Content and API Output
You may submit prompts, text, images, audio, files, code, or other content through our services (“User Content”). You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is lawful, authorized, and does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
You retain any rights you have in your User Content. By submitting User Content to our services, you grant us the limited right to process, transmit, store, and use such content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services.
AI-generated outputs may not be unique, accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any API output.

12. Compliance and Restricted Users
You may not use our services if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws, sanctions, export control rules, or other legal restrictions.
You agree not to use our services in or for the benefit of any country, region, entity, or person subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions where such use would violate applicable law.
